Now you can really “Crazy Quilt ’til your heart’s content”! Nellie will show you the basics of crazy quilting. This was such a popular method of quilting in years gone by. Use decorative hand stitching and embellishing to create your own unique work of art. Nellie is the best at it!

It’s back… If you enjoy piecing by hand, as well as appliqué, join Maureen to work on blocks from the patterns of the 1863 Jane A. Stickle quilt. This quilt is an amazing work of art! Learn simple and complex piecing. You may also choose from the blocks in “Dear Hannah”.

Christmas/Holiday Club*

We offer a Christmas Club each year but there are so many more holidays to celebrate! In this “Christmas/Holiday Club”, you will make decorative things to add holiday cheer for Christmas and the other seasons! We will have your kit ready each class so all you have to do is come and enjoy! You will make 4 Christmas projects and 4 other holiday projects.

Miniature Club*

Have you always been curious about those tiny miniature quilts? Well, join Sharon for the miniature club and make a few of your own! Sharon will start you off with “The Promise of Spring” which uses a 6” block and each month after you’ll make a new little quilt and the blocks will get smaller and smaller! What a fun “little” challenge! We will offer a kit for each project.

3’s Company Block of the Month

If you love to relax with a needle in hand, then you will love this hand appliqué club. Join our expert, Jeanette Martin, as she guides you through each block of an appliqué quilt of your choice. There is no one better to learn from. When you are finished, you will have an heirloom similar to those from many years gone by

Fat Quarter Club

Join our fat quarter club and save! Each month, collect six fat quarters of the latest fabric to arrive at Gone to Pieces. We will bundle them by the first for you to pick up, or if you live a distance away, we would be happy to send them by mail.

Many of you have enjoyed our $7 BOM quilts before and have encouraged us to do it again. As we’ve done previously, you will be required to pay a membership fee to join. Included with your membership, you will receive a GTP Bag Ladies tote, the pattern for your monthly 12” blocks and your first block. You will pick these up on the Saturday that you register for, starting in November. You must come in on your designated Saturday in December (and each month there after) with your block complete to receive the next block free. If you are not able to come on your designated Saturday, or you do not have your block completed, you will be required to pay $7 plus tax to continue. A friend may pick up your block for you, as long as you send her with your $7 plus tax. In addition to bringing in your block, if you come in with your GTP Bag Ladies tote you will receive a coupon valid for 30 days for 20% off whatever we have selected for that month. You must have your GTP Bag Ladies tote to get the coupon . We will be very strict about these rules so please don’t put us on the spot, its uncomfortable for all. As we have offered previously, you will have a choice of country colours or batiks for your blocks. We will accept registrations until Oct 24, 2009 ONLY. At that time, this BOM will be considered full.
